- أما إذا كان الطلب يحتوي على أي خطأ من جانب Nadra، مثل استلام منتج مختلف، أو مقاس غير المطلوب، أو لون غير صحيح، أو وجود عيب في التصنيع، فسيتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مجانًا بالكامل، مع تحمل Nadra جميع تكاليف الشحن.

You may request an exchange or return without providing any reason, making your shopping experience simple and worry-free.

- However, if the order contains any error on Nadra's part—such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, wrong color, or a manufacturing defect—your exchange or return will be completely free of charge, and Nadra will cover all shipping costs.
